How Submissions Work

The Cassandra Anthology Project submissions will be anonymous. As we review submissions and decide which to publish, we won't know who the authors or artists are.

As Gaylors, we share concerns about fiercely protecting our personal information. The information collected through the forms on this website will be stored securely. If at any time you have questions or concerns, you can always email us at [email protected].

To start, you'll fill out a form with your identifying information.

In the form, please enter an email you have regular access to so we can reach out with any questions about your piece. We will also deliver our decisions regarding publication via individual emails. We will not be publishing pieces if we cannot contact the artist or author after submissions.

When you fill out your forms, you'll hit two submit buttons. One will submit all of your identifying information to an inbox on our server that won't be touched until all submissions are reviewed and publication decisions have been made.

The second submit button will send your actual submission to an inbox that we will review. Please be sure to leave any identifying information off of the files of your submission. This means no bylines, no signatures on your art, no identifying information in the file names, etc.

There is an optional third section of the form. This section is voluntary and anonymous and asking quesstions about the demographics of submitters. This helps our team have an understanding of who is interacting with submissions so we can better tailor future projects. This information is not connected to your identifying information or your submission.

Happy creating!
